About Us
My name is Patrice Cox and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am eager to meet with you and/or your family. I am providing Individual and Family Counseling to people of all ages. Other services include trainings, Life Coaching, and referrals to community resources when needed.
I believe that everyone has the ability to make their desired changes and/or improvements. Most people have trouble in following areas; expressing their feelings in useful ways, controlling anger, putting the past behind them, setting realistic goals, and establishing a plan of action to meet those goals.
