Shop till you drop takes on a new meaning at Arts Clayton Gallery's annual Mistletoe Market. Featuring hundreds of unique, hand-crafted gifts created exclusively by Georgia artists, this annual holiday shopping event runs through Sat., December 17 and includes fine arts and master crafts.
Carols and candlelight await guests who attend Reynolds Nature Preserve's annual Yule Log Celebration on Fri., December 9. Guests can warm themselves near a bonfire and enjoy a live theatrical performance before embarking on a candlelit search through the woods for the fabled holiday Yule log.
Adding some 'ho, ho, ho' to the holidays is easy with Riverdale Centre's Breakfast with Santa on Sat., December 10. Sit with Ole' Saint Nick between 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. for a morning of festive fun for only $5 including a continental breakfast and picture with Santa.
From Christmas lights to Kris Kringle, the 9th Annual Festival of Trees and Lights includes a variety of activities designed for kiddos and kids at heart. Hosted nightly now thru Sun., December 18, Clayton County International Park brings joy to the holiday season with the annual lights tour for just $5 per car and $7 per van. Special activities are hosted on Friday thru Sunday including live entertainment, hayrides, face painting, cookie decorating and photos with Santa.
Current and former members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra as well as other major orchestras and ensembles reunite for the return of Il Brasso Magnifico on Sun., December 18. A celebration of the holiday season, Il Brasso Magnifico will offer up a variety of seasonal music in genres including, classical, jazz, and pop.
