Fire damages 4 townhouses | News
JONESBORO, Ga. -- An early morning fire damaged four Clayton County townhouses and displaced three families Thursday.
The fire broke out at around 12:30 a.m. at a row of townhouses on Flint River Road in Jonesboro.
A Clayton County Fire Department spokesperson said three of the four units were occupied. A woman and two children lived in the townhouse where the fire began.
Denzel Satterfield, who lives nearby, witnessed the fire and captured video of it on his cell phone.
Fire officials said no one was injured in the blaze. They are now working to determine how the fire started.
