3 year old inspired by Random Act of Kindness recipient | News

ATLANTA -- Joseph Martin was born 16 weeks early with auditory neuropathy, which makes everything sounds like static.

"I think of all the diagnoses that he had, the hearing loss is the hardest one to accept," said his mother Laura.

She and her now 3-year-old son were inspired by the recipient of recent Random Act of Kindness, Elle Duncan's big sister Kelli.
