UPDATE 12:55 p.m. – Authorities say they have located Vasquez.
JONESBORO, Ga. — Clayton County Police have issued a Mattie's Call for a missing 16-year-old Jonesboro girl and are asking for the public's help in finding her.
According to a news release, Kimberly Vasquez was last seen Friday during school hours at Jonesboro High School. Her family reported her missing after she never returned home from school that day.
Kimberly is described as a 5' 2" Hispanic female and weighs approximately 100 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black jacket with gray leggings, black boots and a purple headband with a flower on it. Kimberly was also carrying a tribal-print backpack.
The teen has a history of seizures and requires daily medication for her condition. It is believed that Kimberly is without her medication.
